Deb Hill – Founder & CEO
Deb started her career as a B2B/IT sales rep with Wang Laboratories in Kansas City after graduating from the University of Southern Illinois – Carbondale with a BS in Marketing. In 1990 Deb joined GE Medical Systems (now GE Healthcare) as part of their newly formed Americas Sales Training Program and graduated from the second class. After completion Deb worked as a Women’s Health Product Specialist where she excelled for 6 years – earning GE’s prestigious Sigma Board among many other awards. In 1997, she went to Trex Medical’s LORAD division (now Hologic) as Region Sales Manager and later National Breast Imaging Manager. In 2000 Deb founded IdealSteps MedSales Recruiting and for the past 17 years she has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success.
Brian Hill – Executive Vice President & COO
Brian graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis and immediately went to work for Lanier Business Products for 6+ years in sales, marketing and sales management positions. In 1989, he went to GE Medical Systems and spent the next 8+ years in sales, sales specialist and corporate account sales positions. During that time Brian won GE’s prestigious Sigma Board award and others for exceeding sales goals. Brian had a brief stint with MD Buyline out of Dallas before joining Philips Healthcare as Region Sales Manager in 1997 responsible for multiple states in the Midwest. While with Philips Brian turned around an underperforming region earning President’s Club in 1999. Brian joined IdealSteps MedSales Recruiting in 2001.
